Overall, the instrument is wonderful: excellent sound, rich bass. I'm happy with the guqin. When I received my package, I was confused. The biggest disappointment was the damaged corner. It's an expensive musical instrument. I expected it to be packaged with care and attention. As compensation, Mr. Joe Wang offered to send me a set of ice-cold strings. I like that approach.
