Sculpd EU

The experience was really fun and my ~60 colleagues enjoyed it. It would be good if key information was more readily available (e.g., how postage or payment works) for corporate events, as getting this via email sometimes has long response times. I appreciated that Sculpd were patient in getting payment, as corporate finance processing times are notoriously long! Invoice was clear and quickly accepted by Finance. For a corporate event it was too much clay in the box, everyone who joined the session had a lot left over at the end. It's nice to keep some for later but as an organiser I would have rather paid a slightly discounted fee for half the clay. The packaging was super nice. International shipping costs quoted were extremely high, I would love to see some improvement here so we could expand to our colleagues in Ireland. The customer service was very friendly.

Nice concept, you get a lot of nice tools, and it looks very nice but overall it's super overpriced for what you get. You can go to any materials store and get a much larger portion of clay for much cheaper

Product and remote sessions were amazing, however, we are still awaiting a refund from May. It is now novemeber.
