We contacted a few times about booking, but every time got a robot reply, or an automated email. When making a corporate booking you really want to speak to a person. We are still interested in the event...

Don’t get me wrong I overall enjoyed the kit but they make it sound like it’s appropriate for office parties- well it is not, it took us around a week to finish the pieces from start to finish. It was also unclear that we have to have a rolling pin etc. So it is not a complete kit in my opinion. My order was also missing some items. Also while there is an element of user error everyone really struggled with the kit and the instructions were often unclear. It is a bit steep that I spent like €140 and between 4 people we managed to make one acceptable piece each.

Delivery was delayed by 10 days - tracking didnt work properly- change your delivery partners .

The materials we got were great, but the customer service and response rate was horrid. Catrine was not responsive for days on end, it could be 2-4 weeks until I hear from her which then really delayed our team virtual event. This also then lead to extreme stress of uncertainty of materials arriving in time or arriving at all for our event. She wasn't really apologetic either for the delays.

I regret ordering from this company! Placed my order on the 19th on November and never received, emailed them and was told there was a stock issue and they would dispatch the set for me now. Still not received the replacement set and it is now 20th of December, presuming it will not arrive before Christmas now. Customer service has been quick to reply but it's no use when they won't fulfill an order
