Decent event overall; however, boundaries on supplier marketing communication needs to be implemented next time. The frequency of these emails and cold calls are borderline spam.

The vendors were like vultures. It was a total turn-off. They didn't leave me alone before hand, at the show, and now after. It almost makes me not want to come back. I wish you hadn't sold my name. I am unsubscribing from lists left and right. They all make reference to B2B Chicago so I know where they are coming at me from. This has to be toned down

Wouldn’t attend again. Felt more like a sales pitch for the vendors than helping HR Professionals develop. Not enough tables for all attendees. Seems like half were sitting at tables and the other half were in chairs in the back of the room. The break rooms were small. Chairs overflowing into the hallways as not enough room for all attending. Some presenters were not prepared- reading directly from notes or stumbling through presentations. You have to go through the vendor hall to get breakfast and snacks. Mainly used for networking and vendors trying to sell their services.

The topics seemed quite repetitive with too strong of a focus on recruiting. I wish there was more breath of topics that resonated more with a generalist role. Very tactical, but the set-up of the rooms where also very uncomfortable to get information, see slides & speakers.

There were some good topics covered but had zero substance behind anything. We were looking for more of a how-to. Also, didn't like that most speakers were vendors. It honestly felt like a vendor showcase disguised as an HR Conference. The vendors were so annoying weeks leading up to the event and also during the event.
