I was hoping to hear more around total compensation from what other retailers are offering. Bonus structure for the top all the way down to distribution centers. Perhaps unique benefits.

I think there were too many presentations from companies. I also wished for more opportunities to exchange ideas with people with the same challenges. I understand that such an event is only possible with financially strong sponsors, but the exchange should be in the first place. I thought the app for the mobile phone was well done. The food, especially the breakfast, was very caloric but very good.

The location and set up were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Refreshments were good. However, most the presentations seemed to be aimed at selling products. For the high price of tickets, I expected there to be an opportunity to learn, rather than paying to be sold products. The ESRI conference, held at the same location, for free, offers a lot more value in terms of introducing attendees to new concepts and ideas and showcasing innovative ways of completing projects.

The venue was in Hollywood FL, which is a strange place. There is nowhere to walk to, if you want to go to a restaurant it is a 30 minute ride. I walked over the bridge to see the neighborhood and it was not something I repeated. Long lines to get coffee or breakfast in the morning in the hotel lobby, because there is only 1 place to go...not impressed at all
