CXFS was a fantastic conference. Well organized, and loaded with lots of informative sessions and opportunities for networking. I especially love the guided meditation session. Very unique and a wonderful way to reset.

We were thrilled with all the content provided by the various speakers. The theme was consistent and we were able to come away with tactical and strategic information to apply to our business. Since leaving we have formed 2 committees to dive deeper into our EX and CX. The vendors were great and relevant, although having more variety would have been nice. There was only one presenter that gave a "sales pitch" but all other presenters gave no BS presentations that provided highly relevant content and a pathway for companies to implement their proven processes.
