This was my first CXFS experience, and my first conference in a Member Experience centered role. The wealth of information shared is invaluable, and I will be looking forward to returning for years to come!

The content was spot on and relevant to the challenges we face everyday as IT Procurement Professionals.

It was my first time attending so I didn't know what to expect. The conference was well put together with very good speakers. The venue, meals and snacks were excellent. Only changes I would like to see were the time between sessions. Session end times and start time of next sessions butted up against each other and gave no time to switch rooms if necessary. Thank you.

Good organization. Convenient venue. Some very interesting segments and speakers.
