Shipping was quite high but should be expected for the weight

It was received in a timely manner.

We only fire to cone 6 and I mistakenly bought a glaze that fires to cone 9-10. If I have been dealing with a human they might have alerted me to the error.

Meh.. The format is not fully functional. I tried to re-order some clay from it a few days ago; and finally had to give up. Tried again in a few hours and got the same results.

Called for a refund, but wasn't able to get ahold of anyone.
