it took three weeks for you to ship it out to me after I ordered it. so now ill get it the 25th of June

Shipping was fast, but when I had an issue with the product it was confusing getting a hold of someone. On the website it gave one email and when I called it gave another. From that person I still had to be sent to someone else. What could’ve taken one day had to take weeks.
