Item was shipped one day sooner than the indicated date and theh arrived within 3 days with tracking info. My order for Nodal Ninja 4 was for a "factory irregular" for a reduced price - and it is mint (new, not used) condition. The build quality and operation of the product is excellent - testing it at home and it is a joy to play with it ;-). Very good experience overall!
