As a result of some mistake or misunderstanding PanoSociety originally sent me a cable for Sony cameras. As I have two Canon cameras I cannot use this cable as it is different from the type I need. PanoSociety quickly sent me the correct cable without charging me anything. That's good!

Right from the off buying this product was a pain because of EU nonsense. Then it took over a week to arrive AND additional fees levied before it could even leave the EU. I bought a lens from the US on the same day and it was in my hand 48 hrs later! Panosociety were great and this is in no way their fault. If you are unfortunate enough to live in an EU country then highly recommended. Item was well packed and in perfect condition.
