Do not order — took more than a month to arrive, vendor did not declare they are located in Australia when I ordered. Actual product review: don’t order wood frame as it is warped and cut poorly out of cheap balsam wood. And u receive a letter size paper with a faded copy of your image to be painting with font size 7 so faded cannot make out any numbers or lines.

Customer support is non existent. Reached out for an issue with my order and still to this day haven’t received a response.

Terrible customer service. Arrived 35 days after Christmas. Never again
