Horrible shipping, horrible customer service. Would never buy again, ordered 11/19/20 and received 1/4/21.

Product never arrived (waiting for 2 monthes already)

The address got smeared to the point that the post office delivered it to the wrong house. I paid for something I didn't get.

Placed an order for 4 paintings on 4/13/2020, still have not received them as of 12/28/2020 and Maricel keeps giving me the run around and the company is lying to my bank that they delivered my paintings. What has been delivered twice are complimentary 5 piece paint brush kits for their error. I challenge them to provide the tracking number(s) for my supposedly delivered paintings along with the size and weight of the package.

Worst customer experience. Placed my order on April 13... as of today, December 22, I still haven’t received and Maricel continues to give me the run around. They even have lied to my bank that they have delivered my ordered providing fake tracking information.
