Terrible experience with Paint Plot and customer service is awful. Completely ignore their advertised delivery times, it took over a month and it still was never delivered despite their tracking claiming it was. This business claimed their package was delivered but was confirmed via my video doorbell that no such delivery ever took place. Meaning the courier never delivered my package, but Paint Plot only cares what the tracking shows and would rather fight a $28 charge. Packages get stolen, marked delivered when they're in fact lost, all...the...time. This is Ecommerce in 2021, Paint Plot needs to DO BETTER and REFUND these orders or send with signature or offer shipping insurance. Look elsewhere.

Not only did it take 2 months for my order to arrive (ordered on the 8th of December, arrived on the 8th of February), but when it did, the box was smashed and 4 paint bottles were broken. The paint went everywhere in the bag and the bottles are completely dried out so I can't use them for the painting. Also, one of the brushes was broken.

Ordered in December still have not received my order. Very disappointed. Will not order from here again.

Ordered 3 kits December 7th. The package arrived in the US and something was wrong with the address on the package, and the items were returned to AU. They waited until the original package arrived back until sending out a new order. That new order is still sitting in AU with claims of "customs" being backed up. No movement since the 27th of January. At this point who knows if I'll ever get my 3 orders🤷‍♂️
