Awful Customer Service for Damaged Product
I ordered four sets of canvas paint kits from Paint Plot as gifts. What the website doesn't tell you is that they combine packages, so when my order arrived it arrived it two boxes - which makes separating everything into the four intended separate gifts difficult. To compound the problem, Paint Plot sends their product through international shipping in plastic bags. So the two boxes that did get to my house were destroyed and unable to be used - the boxes were unable to be closed they were damaged so extensively. I went back and forth with Paint Plot's customer service over six times, and they refused to send replacement boxes - the boxes are what explains the products and give tips - in anything other than plastic again. In agreeing to send replacement boxes, they seemed to recognize that their product was damaged and that not enough were sent but they refused to package them in anything but plastic again - thus just continuing the cycle of damaged goods. Since these were gifts, I didn't actually use the paints or paint on the canvas, but the canvases did appear to be bent up due to being crushed in the boxes that I already mentioned were destroyed. Since Paint Plot was unwilling to fix the problem and took so long in providing a response, I would not recommend this company or its product to anyone.
