I ordered my paint by number back in the beginning of February, it is now mid March and I still have not received anything. I emailed the company a few weeks ago and got a response to be patient, delivery has been delayed but on its way. The tracking has stopped as of 2/26. I just sent another email 3 days ago asking for a refund and I’ve not heard anything. Not sure what’s going on but I’m very unsatisfied and recommend saving your money.

Still have not received my product! Purchased over a month ago. All the beautiful advertisements don't say anything about the horrid shipping times. COVID or not, how long does it take to put a prepackaged product in the mail???

I ordered my item almost 2 months ago now, and it hasnt even left Australia yet. I still haven’t received it.

Still havent recieved my order even though i ordered on Jan 25th. I wont be ordering again. Very little communication other then blaming the shipping company.
