Ordered two weeks before Christmas 2020 and it’s now mid February 2021 and still no sign of the gift I bought for my wife. If you’re from the U.S be prepared to wait a long time to receive it! I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew it would take this long.

Never received my package. My postal service messed up and lost it. Contacted customer service to get a replacement and it takes a very long time time for them to respond. They said they would send a new one and I would be updated with the new package when it was shipped. That was two weeks ago. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife and it is now 2 months later and still have not received a replacement. They have been kind just incredibly slow and haven’t done anything yet.

It took a month to get to me… It was late for my son’s birthday

Items arrived very very late. They didn't make it for the party we ordered them for. I had contact with the company several times, but that didn't help at all. We ordered the items almost 4 weeks before we needed them… crazy how slow it was to receive.
