Poor Service, LONG Delays, No Communication, and Poor Packaging/Quality
Your website does not in any way indicate that it will take US customers over a month to get their orders - rather, it indicates it will take US customers 3-8 days once shipped. Even once the order is completed, it simply says "Orders may be delayed" - but doesn't mention that they'll take a month.
When my package (ordered 25 Mar and arrived 28 Apr) finally arrived, it was shipped with NO padding of any kind, and the outer box was seriously crushed. It's pure luck that nothing inside was damaged (at least as far as I can tell yet). It wouldn't surprise me if the paint was dried out too, but I can't say for sure yet.
I won't be ordering again due to the extremely poor customer service I've received during this order process.
Understand this: it's not the delay itself that's the biggest problem, though it is a major one. It's the TOTAL LACK OF ANY FOREWARNING from your company that such a delay would happen, and the complete and total lack of any useful tracking information during its journey. "Processed by air carrier" is NOT useful tracking information, FYI. Also, the "frame" you shipped is cheap trash and not usable for any reasonable framing purpose.
Good luck with your future orders. There are too many other vendors - and more local ones, with better communication for customers - to justify using your services.
