Have not received it yet. It has been one month!!

I unfortunately cannot review my product as I still haven’t received it. I ordered it over a month ago at the end of January and every time I check the shipping tracker it says “ processed by air carrier” with no update in over a month. I am wondering at what point I ask for a refund

Should give better estimate of shipping before purchase. I live in the US and did not realize you’re in Australia. Waited 3 weeks maybe because of the pandemic. Website picture did not match what was sent. On the website the painting is more vibrant with pink/purple on trees, the paint kit sent is all brown/chocolate dark tone. Not what I wanted. I struggle and wasted time trying to fix the diy frame first. The pins bend easily and did not get extra pins so had to use my stapler which is also a struggle and finally the picture still wasn’t stretched tight enough that it flop when I gesso. Finally took everything down and tape it to a board. On the video you say to follow the sequence but was fast forwarded on the pin attachment part, frustrating. Maybe I miss the part that say only frame after finish. Paint pots has paint transfer. Printing is the worst tiny little numbers I’ve seen. And the reference sheet was no help with unclear photocopy. For the price I think I will look elsewhere.

The box arrived smashed with holes in it. The colors of the paint DON’T match the website colors (or the printed sample) I was supposed to get a beautiful wave with all the sunset colors and all of the colors I received are variations of mustard there is no purple or pink to be found.

My first order was fine, received merchandise, very happy with the product. Ordered a 2nd painting which took 8 1/2 months to receive and only after many, many emails back and forth. Would love to know the reason I had such a difficult time getting it.
