A very positive purchasing experience
After 50 years since my last piano, I wanted a 'good' piano, one that I would enjoy playing and listening to.
I researched exactly what type of piano I especially wanted and it came down to a Yamaha U3. I live in the back-of-beyond so I had to locate what wanted within a 100 miles radius. (thanks to Google)
I found a few stores and found that Northwest Pianos had a some U3's so I went to their store.
The sales staff, Cheri and Terry, were extremely helpful and I found the one I wanted - a fully reconditioned U3A by Yamaha in Japan.
They were also helpful in providing a moving company (whereas some dealers basically said, 'your on your own'.) I live on a major slope and the movers did an excellent job.
Terry found a piano tuner in the area and I had the piano tuned at the expense of Northwest Pianos.
A piano basically sells-itself however there was no pressure at all.
Yes - a very positive experience.
In my opinion, Northwest Pianos are the best.
Thank you Cheri and Terry.
