Bought a piano sight unseen. Paid for over the phone. Only hiccup was delivery: had to send delivery request a second time, drivers went to wrong address, and also brought wrong bench. All was rectified quickly. We now have our first “real” piano. If played enough, might take the trade in offer in the future.

After bought the 2nd hand piano of the brand of the very old Campell, I checked around and realized that the price is higher than other places and there is only one free tuning provided during the ownership time.
