The Fretlight Guitar has begun to revolutionize the guitar educational process. The customer service is by far the best experience I have had in the US, and they go beyond their duties to make sure that they provide you with exceptional service. Jason thank you very much for the exceptional service, every time I call you guys!!! The integration with Guitar Tunes, and the continuous improvements on the app; including but not limited to the additional Bluetooth devices (like the IK Multimedia iRig BlueTurn), is a testament that the company is fully committed to the development and integration of new technologies, and looking to expand in the future. A couple of suggestions on the R&D side: - Color LEDs, or Note Names on the keyboard for note or key/root identification. The note names on the fretboard could get tricky as the it would have to be a full elaborate screen, but the color LED integration could be a start - Integration with GuitarInstructor.com if possible, or further videos including Doug Boduch (best guitar instructor on Earth) - Maybe a collaboration with Casio or Yamaha, or a new Keylight Keyboard :), to start the Autodidact Revolution on the keyboard side Thank you very much!!! I'd like to use my Fretlight FG-621 guitar with Guitar Pro 7 on my laptop, as an alternative to an iPad or other Bluetooth tablet. However, I wasn't able to get the guitar connected to my laptop. Thus, I searched online and checked out the FAQ's on Fretlight's website. Since I wasn't able to find an answer, I sent an email inquiry to Customer Service on Saturday evening. To my surprise, I received a response that same evening (9:00 PM) with answers to my questions! The turnaround time was exceptional - especially considering it was a weekend! Also, I was very pleased to learn that the GF-621 will be compatible with Guitar Pro this summer (likely July) and that the guitar will connect to my laptop/desktop via Bluetooth. The flexibility and options that Fretlight learning system offers is really an exceptional value. Although I'm still diving into learning and playing with the Fretlight, I'm very enthusiastic about the numerous options that are available! It's also very reassuring knowing that Fretlight has exceptional customer service and they are dedicated to their product and customers by continuing to support and develops new ways of learning guitar.

The fretlight guitar is so awesome, that it has a scientific study about how awesome it is at teaching. Loop parts you get hung up on, even slow them down if you really suck. There is now no good reason to suck at guitar. Unless you are lazy, then that is your own fault.
