I have been playing guitar for 38 years and Bought the aboustic fretlight 5 wired bundle with software as a gift for a family member...great guitar for the money on top of being an awesome learning tool.....I would like the wireless strat for myself😉

I had the software on a previous laptop and was trying to install it on a new MS surface. I got a DLL error on load. The techs were able to fix my problem with a single email.

I had some issues with a couple of downloads, got an answer with the solution in less than 24 hrs after I sent an email. Totally recommended !
