Hello! I ordered a Paragon Kiln and have been adding to my collection ever since. Shipping is fast on most items, website is a bit wonky, just make sure what you put in the basket is in the basket before checking out! I had to call the customer service line once and the lady I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable. Love this store! Thank you Cool tools!

I am happy with my order

Could not have survived these last 2 years without Cool Tools. Sure made everything almost normal. Love these guys!!

I recently ordered some PMC 3 the ordering process was easy and I received my order quickly. I love shopping at Cool Tools
