Quick response

I have ordered items and they are shipped and arrive in a few days. The website is well organized and easy to order.

Great products, good pricing, and fast shipping.

Excellent quality products, easy to use website and ordering, prompt fulfillment and shipping of orders. When something does go wrong (rarely), their customer service is outstanding. The galleries and instructional videos are great for inspiration and new techniques to try. Highly recommend Cool Tools!
