Very good customer service. Wrong product received and good was sent free of charge to the Netherlands. The trying to think along with you and help you as best as possible. Beautiful and good stuff.

I love Cool Tools! Their products are great and I can always count on getting exactly what I order. Their delivery time is wonderful as well.

Your website is easy to search and find what I am looking for. Ordering is easy and using my accrued purchasing points is easier than most sites! I like that you show a view of the clay using your textures and molds, very helpful! Love your Cool Tools products, they are my favorite since starting out with metal clay 15 years ago.

I am néw to pmc work and Cool Tools has what I need. Fast service/good quality.

Had what I was looking for...great service, easy ordering, fast shipping!!
