Brilliant. I ordered product on the 7/10 and the parcel landed on my doorstep on 13/10. I live in Melbourne, Australia. I am madly impressed. Thank you.

Great selection of templates, supplies and so much more. 9 times out of 10 they have items which I can’t find else where and very cool tools and the products are good quality. The shipping and delivery is fast and I have my package within a week and a half and I’m international. Excellent customer service. Prompt reply. Helpful.

I particularly like the fact Cool Tools sells enamels in 1 oz jars which better matches my usage and storage space. I also take advantage of the monthly free shipping weekend to stock up.

Cool Tools is really fast in shipping orders. The quality of their products is excellent!

my orders come very quickly so i am very satisfied
