Whenever I have called with a question I have been treated respectfully and when I wanted to return something I had ordered in error they were very cooperative. The website is relatively easy to use but I did have a hard time finding the glass cabochons because I was thinking of them as tiles. Packages always arrive in good shape with adequate packing materials. I can't remember if bubble wrap was used - if it was I would like to see a more environmentally sound product used to cushion the order.

Cool Tools has a huge selection of jewelry making supplies. I can almost always find everything I need. Additionally there are numerous resources available including video tutorials as well as info sheets on products.

Cool Tools has great products and great customer service. I have never been disappointed!,
