Very happy with the service. When you call you get to talk to a real person not a VRU. They are very helpful. Love their brand products and especially appreciate the free how to videos. Highly recommend

Love Cool Tools. Service is always prompt.

I ordered a couple of items from Cool Tools a couple of days ago, never expecting to get them as fast as I did. They arrived today-I was thrilled! I ordered a Cool Tool pick (the very best on the planet) and some PMC+. Thank you, Cool Tools!

I have tried other companies but as far as value, quantity and quality of the easy solder paste Cool Tools can’t be beat!!! Thank you for being such a great company 💛

Fast shipping items as Google as descripted.
