Fast delivery just wish I was able to use 2 gift cards on one order and not have to place two separate orders VIP very important patient is a great book I read it 11 years ago purchased more to give out as gifts.

The story is great as always. The playing of it on my phone , in my car, using android audio.,tends to skip occasionally like a real cd would. But admittedly not enough to skip to miss any of the story. Just a little annoying. This is my first time using booksio and I have more books to listen to. I'm looking forward to it as new cars no longer have cd players andbinhave missed driving and listening.

I think it's really awesome that you donate money to worthy organizations that the buyer can choose.

The store & customer service are up to snuff. The product, however, is pretty rudimentary. Lacks even basic functions like keeping the screen on during reading and word search within the current book. I'm anxiously awaiting product updates.
