I honestly really love the resin, but I was on a deadline project and the shipping ended up being over a week later than it said it would be

Nothing crazy, whoever helped me was amazing and understanding. But at the end of the day nothing really happened, and I would have liked some compensations for all the resin lost.

Have not had a chance to use any of the products yet but all arrive in great condition except the resin. Both 32 oz packages leaked. Product was all over the inside of packaging. Have sent a message and am hoping to hear back soon.

Product arrived damaged. Bottles were leaking. There was no extra padding to protect the bottles from damage. There was also no warning label on the outside of the bubble mailer, which would have been helpful. I first didn't pay enough attention and opened the package in front of my toddler, because I am used to warning labels when I order resin somewhere else. I learned my lesson and will make sure to check the shipping labels first and don't open my resin delivery in front of my kids. ;(
