This was my daughters main Christmas gift, I ordered in time for Christmas delivery yet still haven’t received my order

Still haven’t received my order even after calling in

This is the 4th time my art resin shipment has arrived with a broken seal & leaked all over the box. This is a giant mess and I am getting quite tired of it happening. This was never an issue before when there was plastic stoppers inside of the caps. Since you switched to a different seal, it's been nothing but a mess.

I received my product and it was spilt all over the package. I messaged the company and informed them of my spill. They asked me to send a picture of my the spilt product of which I emailed back immediately. It’s been 2 weeks and I am still patiently waiting for a reply. I understand things happen in the mail and I don’t blame the company for that but I am all about customer service and in this situation, I am disappointed. I don’t think I need to chasing down for someone to help me or offer me something small in return.

Hasn't arrived and tracking doesn't work... Second no show order. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
