I opened the package and my grand daughter tried on one sock. It had a hole in the bottom. I contacted the company and the only response was this survey.

Hello, My daughter hates these socks. I bought them for her because she hates the feeling of socks and they are SO thick that they feel like they are always on backwards. I would return them but I didn’t save the shipping bag. Thanks.
