Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still do not have product. Emailed and phoned no answers.

I think the concept is fabulous but I have to say the product is over priced. I bought a 6 pack of socks for my child with sensory issues. He has always worn seamless socks but all of a sudden decided the ones I've always bought didn't work. I found this site. Due to shipping costs, I bought the 6 pack. I understand the reason behind not being able to return items but my son put one sock on and hated it. I now have a 6 pack of socks no one will wear and $50 down the drain.
