we definitely got great value and tons of compliments on our ring however ring insurers denied our appraisal since it wasn't from the official appraisers like GIA, so if we lose it, I don't think we'll be able to replace ... I just hope the appraisal is legitimate

I spent almost $5,000 on a ring and your verification process is archaic. I got so frustrated that I just wanted to cancel my order. I understand you are trying to fend against scam artist, but you should spend money on a better verification system. It was showing on my end that you had already taken the money out of my bank and you were still asking to verify my information and that I was a real person. This made your company look like the scam artist. I cannot recommend your company to any of my friends due to how troublesome this process was.

Ring looks like tin foil. Don't buy from here. Terrible service and cheap looking ring. They say they are enhanced but mine has a huge VISIBLE to the naked eye carbon spot. Needless to say we were very disappointed. Also the matching wedding band doesn't even fit with it!
