you get what you pay for

We bought this ring because it fit in our budget. We should have shopped around more and paid more for something of quality. It is VERY small, which is fine because I have small fingers. It doesn't shine at all, it basically looks like tin foil and the center diamond has a big carbon spot on it. VERY noticeable to the naked eye. I thought they said they corrected their diamonds, but I guess they didn't with this one. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else and get something of quality. Even the rings at Wal-Mart are much better.

Bad Customer Service, terrible experience.

Item went lost due to wrong address. Risked loosing thousands. Item arrived not as described, very obvious to naked eye. Manager did not agree on a fair compensation and ignored all later emails. wasted my own time to save the company thousands on the lost purchase till found, but got no appreciation for that. Could not have been a worse experience.

Poor Quality

The ring I purchased is very poor quality. I had to send it back three times because the stones kept falling out. They were very nice and friendly, but the quality of the ring just isn't there. Also, I was told they were real diamonds, but when we brought the ring into a jeweler, they told us all the stones are cubic zirconia or crystals. I should have paid a little more from a local jeweler so I could have gotten the quality my wife deserves.

Low Quality

I ordered a ring set "Princess Bride" from the Brillianteers website. When the ring arrive we noticed immediately that there was a flaw in the setting. So we sent the ring back, had the repair done, as well as the ring sized. When the ring came back the sizing was not done well. The engagement ring was noticeably larger than the wedding band. My wife was not terribly bothered by it so I let it got. Within two months though, 2 prongs had broken on the setting we had previously had repaired causing the main stone to fall out. I reached out to Brillianteers twice regarding this issue and did not get anywhere. The hope had been to have the stone put back and the prongs repaird as well as strengthened, but the company never got back to us. Within six months the wedding band had broken as well. The ring broke straight through the gold. I have never seen 14K gold break so easily, so it makes me wonder if they are even selling what they claim. So here we sit with both rings, in a box, broken. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know unless they are looking for overpriced jewelry that will fall apart within a matter of months. Spend the extra and go somewhere else.
