The Groomsman Suit

ordering was an easy process. shipping was unbelieving quick. exchanges were no hassle and speaking with people there was again no hassle. They were professional and helpful. Can't tell you about the fit and comfort as yet as the wedding has been a casualty of Covid 19 having to be rescheduled twice now to July of 2021. Hopefully if we run into problems then that the past is indicative of the help we will get then

We are extremely happy with our choice to use TGS. The navy suits were comfortable and sharp looking. Everyone had an easy time ordering and were able to exchange quickly if need be. I appreciated that they messaged me with updates on people ordering; if they hadn’t done that I would have had a few people show up to the wedding with no ties. However, they reached out and informed me that those people didn’t order the ties and we were able to resolve the issue quickly. My one complaint was that our junior groomsman was not able to order his suit through TGS due to a large gap in sizing available. He is 12 years old and was too large for the biggest child suit, and too small for the smallest adult suit. That forced us to hunt down a suit that matched everyone else which posed some difficulties.

Great customer service. The suit didn’t fit perfectly which is why i returned. But the team was super helpful in the selection and purchasing process, as well as returning.

Your sizing is crazy. I’ve talked to a couple dozen guys and every one says the same thing: “man idk how they determine sizing but they are way off”. For example, I wear a 36 in jeans and khakis but had to order a 40 in your pants. The return process was simple, but if time was an issue it would be a problem. Also you add a feature where people can pay slightly more to have pants pre-hemmed. Not everyone has a talented seamstress in the family or lives in an area where they can find one. Also it would save a lot of time for late orders

Would have liked to have hem done on pants. But other than that, it fits great!
