The Groomsman Suit

Everything was easy, even got sent the wrong pant size and support was very quick to help me out. However, I wish you could send the suit back, I have no need for a black suit and the wedding was cancelled due to covid.

I had a good experience purchasing a suit for my husband. I had to exchange the pants because it wasn't the right size for him. I easily shipped back the pants in original package and box, meaning the pants were inside the suit bag. My intention was to return the pants in perfect shape. The exchange came in very fast but no suit bag... Now the whole suit has no bag. I guess I was naïve shipping the bag back. I emailed customer service asking for it but got no reply. At the end the wedding we were invited to got cancelled because of Covid-19. My husband missed his chance to wear the suit.

Shipping - 5/5 it arrived within a week or two at the correct place, just as advertised. Exchanges - Haven't needed to make any exchanges yet Quality and fit - 4/5 the only issue was that the pant legs weren't hemmed at the bottom, so I had to go to a local seamstress shop to get that done. Other than that it fit fine. Customer Service - Haven't had any interaction besides this review, so no score applicable. Composite score: 4.5/5

Wish there were more selections of bow ties & a heads up the jackets you try on for fitting on site might be more stretched out than what you get shipped. Would/will recommend

The "Fit Finder" worked pretty well. I had to get a couple alterations at the tailor. I need to bring the suit jacket in slightly in the back, tighten up the pants a bit, and hem the pants (pants come unhemmed). It was convenient to be able to buy the same suit as the other groomsman and the groom. We all looked wonderful. For the price, this is the way to go.
