I am still yet to recieve the shoes I ordered and can't get any communication on any trackinv information. I was initially charge for second day air only to be told that the shoes were bring shipped from Italy. Shouldn't that have been something you tell your customers before they place an order. I even asked for a cancellable and nothing was done. Terrible communication and customer service

First it took 9 months for me to get my order to top that off it was the wrong color and size. Then when call themselves correcting the order the new order still had the wrong size.

I ordered two pair of shoes on May 9th. Today is July 3rd and still no shoes. Nothing! Do not buy shoes!!!!

They never shipped the shoe, and stopped responding after 1 email. I had to do a charge back.

I made a purchase on November 2023 and still did not get my order
