Took almost a year to receive my order

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes. They took 4 months to get to me (because they "changed their shipper") and when they finally arrived, I only received 4 pairs of shoes. No response from Jose Real about this after several emails. No refund. Roughly $500 was simply stolen from me. I would not buy from this company. Especially if you live in the states.

I love your shoes, however, The time it takes to get them once they are ordered is totally ridiculous!!!! For this reason I will not purchase anymore shoes from you until you can deliver in a reasonable time!!! My wife purchased a pair for me for xmas. She ordered them the beginning of December. I did not receive them until May !!!!! Totally unaccepatable. If you look up my name I ahve purchased several pairs all with the same problem. I have also tordered them thru Touch of Modern. After over a year they had to refund my money. I dont know who is running the show there but you are ruining your reputation. Good product BAD service!!!

Purchased shoes, September 2022, was told they could take up to 3 months to receive. Shoes did not arrive until late April 2023. Each time I asked for a status they would push date 2 months and refuse reimbursement. Extremely disappointed.
