First off let me say that I love the shoes! They are well made, comfortable and beautiful. With that said, I have been waiting for one pair of shoes since March!

One pair of shoes I bought last December and they are great. Lots of compliments. So I ordered a 2nd pair in December. delays, delays, delays. Had to switch shoes so I could get them delivered and they have also been delayed and I still haven't received them and every month you say it'll be another month. It's been 6 months now. You've sent me 2 free belts for the inconvenience which is nice but all I really want is my shoes. I ordered a 3rd pair that were in stock and they are supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I hope they show up!! The second pair is the absolute worst buying experience I've ever had and I am 67 years old.

I ordered shoes and I feel like I wasted my money I didn’t receive the shoes I ordered I was given a free pair for compensation I ended up settling on a pair I really didn’t want. There was only communication on my delayed order 4 months was when I initiated contact and the free pair are an 11 and I ordered a 12 I did request they let me know when the shoes I ordered originally comes in I would by them but I don’t hold out any hope they will contact me this wasn’t a good buying experience
