Needs work
I ordered a $450 pair of shoes in early May. My credit card was charged and then I heard nothing for 6 weeks. I emailed for a status update and learned the shoes wouldn’t be ready until October. It would have been nice to be notified at the time of purchase. Having said that, they did offer for me to choose a different pair of shoes (though not a refund). The availability of a product is a very important determinant in the purchase and really should be disclosed at the time of purchase.
