Really don't understand why you have on your site says deals , but you don't honor what you advertise on the price of deal's.

You've provided me with one pair of great shoes at a price I was willing to pay. However, after 8 months of delays and missed promises I regret my decision to purchase from you. While your customer service has been overwhelmingly professional and responsive, your production team clearly cannot keep up with your customers requests. Purchasing a pair of shoes has never been more difficult and I have no intention of repeating the experience.

I waited an extremely long time to receive my Jose Real shoes and when I received them I couldn't believe it. The inside ofbthe shoes were incomplete and I payed alott for these shoes. It's my prayer that something can be done about this because I had big hopes for becoming one of your valued customers. I know this isn't the best of your company. Please respond because I don't want this to be my only experience.
