End of 3rd week since placing my order and still no delivery. I keep coming back to this site...always willing to give it a try again. In the past wrong product was shipped, order was delivered late, discounts not applied...I just can't anymore .

Package ordered February 8th, it’s now February 23rd and still nothing. Sent email to customer service who advised investigation would take 3-5 days. Tracking number shows no movement since February 19th with no movement between the 13th and 19th. Disappointed in the level of customer service.

LATE delivery.. got lost.. customer service was NO help whatsoever and did NOTHING for me throughout the entire process. very disappointed.

I received the wrong item

I’m very dissatisfied! The earrings i orders were nothing like the ones that came in the mail. I would like a refund or the actual earring i paid for !
