Bought 4 pair of girls huggie earrings. They all say 10mm girls or girls-teens but only 1 pair fit my 6 yr old. The other 3 were much smaller and would fit a baby. Also called customer service and no one answered. No automated answering service or general mailbox. No hours of operation listed on website either. I am going to send an email and hope to get a timely acceptable response so I can return.

I purchased a bracelet about 3 weeks ago emailed as soon as I received the bracelet that it was broken. I have yet to receive my refund or new bracelet. Horrible customer service.

I ordered 2 bracelets paid almost 30 dollars. I sent an email and they replied saying they would investigate its know been 2 weeksand i still havent recieved the products I ordered.
