Shipping seemed unreasonably slow and I was shocked to not receive information regarding the cause of the delays or at least an expected shipment date. I would have appreciated an estimate for the next update at minimum, or an estimated date of shipment and final delivery.

I like the product (box pro 2) but the delivery and responsiveness was unsatisfying.

Shipping took more than a week to arrive in Sweden, as it was sent from the Netherlands during Covid. No return label was included and instructions on how to return it were not obvious either.

Facemask was too big and did not adjust, made for men not woman. Small bag, mini black, don’t know how to use... no manual Mobile case is really good and nice design.
