Product poor, service good, shipping very disappointing. Re the shipping, VAT shouldn't be charged if the basket is under £135, but DPD still charged for VAT. The VAT issue wasn't mentioned on the website, so it was a £26 more than I was expecting.

The IAMRUNBOX backpack took way longer to ship (months past when I purchased). I realize that COVID shipping constraints were beyond their control, but when I asked for a refund so that I could try to purchase from a U.S. vendor, they said that I would have to wait for their package to arrive, then pay to return it and then get the refund. My backpack arrived 4 months after I ordered it! And they shipped the wrong color. For the mini kit that I ordered, the waist strap is too large even though my waist fits within the range they said it should fit. They took a long time to respond and then told me to cut the webbing to make it fit. I would not order from them again.
