Do not buy from Greek Gear: Slow Order turnaround & horrible customer service! Greek Gear‘s lack of customer service is frankly inexcusable. I placed my order on November 20th. Today is December 9th...19 days later, and I still have not received my order. Further, I have called the customer service number, as well as, messaged to them to at least get an update and find out whether my order has even shipped. But do you think I received the courtesy of a returned phone call...No, I did not. 3 days later, I am Still waiting to hear back from Customer Service. Hopefully I will not have to buy from them ever again. ~Another Dissatisfied Customer

I had an issue with my last purchase and I tried reaching out to the company and I got no response. You sent me the wrong item and there was no address on your website to return the item. You offered no phone number either on your website to call and speak to a representative. You only offer a text number to reach you if you have any questions. I texted you twice and got no response. You have horrible customer service and a very poor return policy. You can’t expect to be successful if you aren’t willing to hear complaints or make things right when there is a problem. You got my money but I didn’t get what I ordered. I WILL NEVER order from your company again and I have made my concerns known to my sorority sisters. We will never order anything else from your company again!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves.
