Received the incorrect item. Not happy

Hello, I don’t want to give you a guys a 1 star but I’ve tried e-mailing you about my order, just asking for confirmation but I haven’t gotten a reply back? I’ve paid for my order and am willing to wait, but can y’all just confirm with me or at least e-mail me back?

My watch don’t work, the 18inc chain was missing the hook.
