Hard to write a review on something I haven’t received. Shipping is a bust

The item I received is completely different from what is advertised on the website. I am still waiting on the situation to be handle from customer service.

taking over 3 weeks to arrive

Never received package or information regarding it when I requested it!

Have tried several times to get them to tell me when product will be sent but they will not.
